I need help with installation of Kali 2.0.

I wanted to try out Kali 2.0 after i had used 1.0.9 for a bit, so i grabbed official iso from their website, ran Universal Usb installer and created a bootable usb drive(4gb).

When i plug it in my laptop and boot from it i get a message on the screen that disappears immediately then i get a black screen with
'boot:'
on the top left corner and a blinking cursor right after. The message is starting with something
Syslinux....Copyright(c)... Peter Anvin...
Then at the boot: _ screen when i press Enter/Return
'Intitial menu has no Label entries'
pops up. If instead i enter a word/String lets say X and Press Enter then
'Could not find kernel image : X'
comes and stays on screen followed by 'boot: _' on the next line. Have tried out some random Strings, but i do not really have the knowledge to deal with this problem.

I have previously ran Kali without issues from the pendrive itself. Now is a good time to mention my system is an Acer Aspire 5553, it came with Win 7(i ran Kali from usb at this point in time) now i have upgraded to Windose 10 and here am clueless as to what to do next.

Specs (Acer Aspire 5553 - laptop)
Cpu - Amd Athlon II P360
Ram - 2GB
HDD - WD 500GB

I have tried creating Bootable drive several times for both Kali 2.0 and 1.0.9 but none of them work. I also own a PC with Uefi Windows 10 (My laptop runs it in Legacy mode + MBR partition scheme) with GPT partition, the drive does not work even on the said system.

Specs(PC)
i5 760
8GB RAM
500GB Seagate HDD
GTX550Ti

Have tried used different usb drives, to check if my usb drives are faulty, But it made no difference.

Any help or ideas are appreciated. If anyone has faced similar problems could you please guide me in the right direction.

not knowing what is causing this is killing me :c
