Hi,
So, I am a livestreamer, video game youtuber. For livestreaming i use OBS (Open Broadcasting System). so this one in particular i have heard really good reviews. But when i run it, it says that my disk, and the game are taking up all my disk space and my cpu is still at 100% I just got a new processor. I upgraded from the AMD A10-7700K. I am now running on the AMD FX i8 3.51GHZ processor. I also got a new motherboard and i upgraded from the MSI A88X-G45. The one i have now is the MSI Sabertooth 990fx.

When I record for youtube, i use a program called 'Fraps'. When i use it, I dont get any lag at all. But occasionally you would see i lose framerate. Should i get another graphics card?

So what i need help with is figuring out the problem. Could it be the setup in OBS?

PC Internals:
RAM: Corsair 8gb (two of them)
OS: Windows 8
Graphics Card: ASUS R9-270X 4GB
Hard Drive: 220GB SSD
1TB HDD
Processor: AMD FX I8 3.51GHz
Motherboard: MSI Sabertooth 990FX

Solution
If you want a decent card, get an R9 390. That will definitely cover it. You can play most games on maximum details at 1080p comfortably with it, so livestreaming shouldn't be an issue. Be sure to have a decent 650 W psu with it though. Otherwise, if you have a lower power psu say 500 W, get a GTX 970.
