Hi!, i want to upgrade my current Powercolor Radeon HD 6950 2gb to a PNY GTX 960 also 2gb link: https://www.pny.com/gtx-960-2048mb-gddr5?sku=VCGGTX9602XPB I was a click away to buy it and notice de 128 bit Memory Interface, my current card is 256 bit, so i get confused, its worth the upgrade? whats the difference between both memory interface, games are slower? framerate? i have 2 monitors, an intel i7 - 2600k, 8 gb in ram (4 modules kingston hyperx fury 2gb each), any healp whould be awesome, thanks and happy new year!

An upgrade would most likely be a good idea. One thing I would recommend, assuming you are upgrading to a gtx 960, is to buy a non-reference one.
You could go with the MSI one, which runs silent and consistently at all times. Found here: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-GTX-960-GAMING-4G/dp/B00V4HY522/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1451839205&sr=1-5&keywords=gtx+960
Or, you could go with this Zotac card, which delivers all the raw performance you could ask for. Found here: http://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-Express-DisplayPort-ZT-90301-10M/dp/B00SIOOLS2/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1451839205&sr=1-3&keywords=gtx+960

Sorry , I am wrong
Confused about AMD's name changes . I had thought the 6950 was the same GPU as the R9 380 . But that is the 7950 instead [which has now been recycled twice ]

You can google for reviews of the GTX 960 . Its a decent enough card for 1080p gaming

I would want the 4Gig version

But the real question is, the 128 vs 256, I would see a big difference? And in what? Frame rate? Speed overall? , the 4 gb version looks neat, I don't need that much resolution tho, 3 monitors is the most I hook up, and only play in one (I'm a graphics designer)

Technical specs lie the 128 vs 256 , and the clock speed of the processor are secondary considerations to actual performance .
The GTX is not crippled by being 128 bit . It still performs well
There are reports of the 2 gig cards stuttering though which is why I recommend the 4 gig version
