Hello, I am having issues with installing a new Radeon R7 370 Graphics Card. After installing the new card I first received a fail to boot disk. After putting it in a new PCIe slot it then launched into windows successfully. I installed the new drivers and everything was fine. Then while browsing the internet on my computer, the computer lost power.
After that it would not turn on. The PSU would make a click but not even POST. The card receives power and the green indicator light is lit. Putting in the old card fixes everything and the computer runs normally.
