I just bought some upgrades for my computer but I am getting very poor performance. I went from this build:
CPU: AMD FX 4100 Quad Core
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800)
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock 990FX EXTREME3
GPU: XFX AMD Radeon HD 7870 2Gb GDDR5
HDD: WD Black Desktop 1TB SATA 6.0 GB/s 7200 RPM 3.5-Inch
PSU: Cool Power Gamer CP-G980 980W

To this Build:

CPU: AMD FX 6300 Six Core
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800)
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock 990FX EXTREME3
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5
HDD: WD Black Desktop 1TB SATA 6.0 GB/s 7200 RPM 3.5-Inch
PSU: EVGA 850W Gold Certified

I am actually getting poorer stats from some reason and my computer is taking a really long tim to boot up. I first had an issue where it was only detecting 4 cores in my new processor which I fixed by using msconfig advanced options. I also made sure to completely uninstall all drivers from the AMD GPU before uninstalling it and installing the Nvidia card. Any ideas or suggestions would help a lot. Thanks!

I ran a Haven Benchmark test earlier and FPS was about 11 average but only 810mhz were being used for some reason!

This is the supported memory for that particular motherboard.

Supports DDR3 2100(OC)/1866*/1800*/1600*/1333/1066/800 non-ECC, un-buffered memory

He is using the "Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz". The XMP is set at " XMP profile XMP-1600". I'm not sure where the "Memory Frequency 401.7 MHz (1:2)" came from. It may be a default memory setting that is not being used since the OP used XMP to set up the memory.
