It looks like a pretty sweet deal (Currency converter says about $850 from 7500 Norwegian kroner) but what should i look out for/what questions should i be asking about the PC? I cannot inspect it because the seller lives too far away.

Here's the specs.

Fractal design R4
Asus Z87-Deluxe
i7-4770k
Cooler Master Seidon 120V
Gainward Phantom 780
Crucial Ballistix 16GB
Kingston SSD 120GB
Seagate barracuda 1TB
XFX 750W Black edition

The best scenario would be to visit him and make him turn it on for you, and do a benchmark to check if it's going to crash or perform as promised, but if you're not able to test it before you pay for it, it is a VERY risky thing to buy electronics without proof of it working.

I'm saying this applies to everything BUT! usually price follows quality, so if you buy something extremely cheap it's probably not going to have a great condition or a great quality.

And you might want to consider:
"Is this too cheap?"
"Is it way less than 50% of the market price?"
"If it's very cheap, is it legit?"

Does it come with the actual OS install media, COA, and the license key?

If it does, your first move should be to wipe and reinstall the OS.
If it doesn't, your first move should be to wipe and reinstall the OS.

But if it doesn't come with an actual, verified OS...$$ off.

Since you can't verify it actually works, what is your fallback position if it doesn't?

The ad didn't specify if it comes with an OS and I'm actually protected by the law when buying used stuff that doesn't work where i live but i still don't want to experience the hassle of all that.

Then be prepared to purchase an OS for that.
Is this a private sale or from a company?

I bought Windows 8.1 Pro a while back and it came with 3 product keys.
This is from a private seller.
