So I recently got a new motherboard because my old one didn't support overclocking. Now that I'm done rebuilding the system, it won't boot. In the bios, the ssd used as a boot drive shows up but isn't bootable and the hdd used as storage doesn't show up at all. Both drives are set under AHCI mode but they are just straight up not being detected right.

Specs:
Amd FX 8350 CPU
Asus M5A97 Mobo
Nvidia GTX 650 GPU
8gb Gskill Ripjaws X
240gb Corsair Force GT ssd
1tb Seagate Barracuda hdd

The computer will show the Asus splash screen and then try to boot but it will just show a screen that says, "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key." I tried booting into the Windows installer to restore from a backup but it said something about how the drives were created in efi but the system is in BIOS. I'm pretty sure it's not but I don't know why it's saying that.

It is it's just not seen as bootable. Like normally drives that you can boot from have a little uefi banner but it doesn't even though it should be bootable. Also the storage drive isn't showing up at all in the boot list.
