I have just upgraded mobo and CPU from amd to Intel. After installing windows the first thing I see is that it is using the default graphics. I checked other threads which said about going into nvidia control panel but that isn't there nor is my nvidia graphics card listed under the hardware. The weird thing is my monitor is HD and my hmdi cable is plugged into my nvidia graphics card hmdi slot and my monitor is working.
