Buying parts tomorrrow. Is this blue color themed "budget" build ok?

I went over $50 form my budget but I think I can manage. I have very little knowledge of pc building. I was wondering if my pc parts are good enough, down from the cpu, to gpu, and monitor. i would hold off on the gpu for about two weeks looks like nvidia and amd a ces show next week going to be dropping some large bombs.
