Sapphire dual-x radeon hd 6970 for budget build in 2016, Thoughts?

I know most people would recommend the 750ti for a build like this, which i'm basing around the athlon 860k, however, newegg.ca is offering the SAPPHIRE DUAL-X Radeon HD 6970 for $152.53 after taxes and shipping. I'm Just wondering what you all think of the price? Good bang for buck? Or, is the 750ti still a better choice at $194.34?

for something that old, i'd look at kijiji first. guy in my city is/was selling a pair of GTX460 for $80 (that's $40 each). just as an example. two months ago i bought a pair of GTX470 cards for $50 (that's $25 each).
