Title pretty much says all. What's a really good cooler for the Corsair 450D that will fit the 1151 socket on the Skylake 6700k? Brand/pricing isn't really an issue for me :p I've looked at a few Corsair ones and even the AquaChanger 240 by LEPA, but I'm just not sure which one will give me the best cooling for my money. At some point in the future I was wanting to OC the 6700k to at least 4.5 or 4.7, whichever would be possible.

Solution
Check out this AIO Liquid Cooler:https://shop.ekwb.com/ek-xlc-predator-240
Solid performance and build by EKWB.(a little bit pricey though)
How high you can oc a 6700K depends on your luck of the bin lottery.
Here are some statistics:
4.8 12%
4.7 47%
4.6 91%

And, no exotic cooling is needed. A simple tower type air cooler with a 120mm fan will do the job simply and quietly.
I am at 4.8 with a noctua NH-U12s.

In a nice case like yours, liquid is not necessary.

Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"

Hmm. Well in that case I may just say screw it and go back to my original plan of getting the Scout 2 Advanced case and throwing a good air cooler into it. Main reason I'd want that case is it has a handle and I take my PC to a friends place pretty often so It'd be moving quite a bit.

Nope :) No offense to you but I only came here to see what a good cooler would be for the parts I've already chosen.
