new gpu, flickering shapes across screen sometimes when playing WoW

When im on high settings in wow, i get good fps but these flickering square looking shapes attack once in awhile. This never happens on medium settings. i checked my temps, its 40 degrees C which is normal

1.) Make sure GPU drivers are updated
2.) Try with different display cable
3.) Enable V-Sync
4.) Connect the PC in any other screen and check

What about other games?

That might be the network issue. See in different games too.
