Is it just my keyboard or are all chiclet keyboards horrible?

This is the exact keyboard that came with my desktop and for me it's terrible typing on with me constantly hitting the wrong key. If all chiclet keyboards are this bad looks like I'll skip getting a note book since 99.99% of notebooks have chiclet keyboards now.

I replaced the keyboard when I first got my computer with a calssic keyboard(pictured below). Recently got the original keyboard out to try and get use to chiclet keyboards since that's what laptops comes with now.
