GTS250 Vs GTX750Ti

If I switch from the GTS250 to the GTX750Ti - will I get much of a performance improvement?

I'm on a ASUS M4A77TD Pro, AMD Phenom II X4 965.

I've got an option for a second hand one rather cheap, wondering if it's worth it.

Yes, that 750 Ti will blow the GTS 250 out of the water, and you won't experience any bottlenecking with that CPU. If you can get it for a good price go for it.
