Hey! So i want to do some light gaming.
Mainly cs:go. But also some heavier games like : GTA V , H1Z1 and so on.

CPU : AMD FX - 6300
Mobo : Asrock 970M PRO3
Power supply : EVGA 500B
Graphics card : GTX 950 2gb
HDD : Seagate BARRACUDA 7200 1TB
Ram : CRUCIAL BALLISTIX 8GB

I atend to stream or record gameplay , so i want stable fps. If not 1080p then atleast 720p 60fps.

Yes, Intel is definitely the better option if a second upgrade later is part of the plan. Just keep in mind that some few games like Far Cry 4 might not want to work with only a dual core chip, and others may have various performance issues. Games that rely on only one or two cores should however outperform other AMD options, especially with an overclock of any substance.
You're not getting 60fps on GTA V with that configuration, I can tell you that for nothing. Maybe on medium settings. If you're planning to record, encode or stream video as well, simultaneously, phww, that ain't happening. You've also got a low end board, low end power supply and three year old CPU architecture, which is more than capable of light gaming, but 60fps at 1080p on GTA V is not what I'd call light gaming, unless you're planning on using very low to medium quality settings. For CS:GO, you should be fine.

I'd get a better power supply for sure though. Even a crappy Corsair CX unit is better than that. I'd probably go with something more like this. Especially if you have any plans to overclock that CPU, which is a good idea considering your expectations.

Well really i dont care about GTA V on the highest settings. I would like to play it even in 720p on medium or smtn.
Why u think that EVGA 500B is bad? A lot of people use it and they dont complain. I think its a good psu , not the best but good for budget.
Like , u say low end mobo , power supply , cpu. But im telling you: Light gaming pc. I dont wanna get the most expensive ones. Dont really see the point.
Yeah i will prob overclock. But if i will , i will buy a cooler : prob hyper 212 evo or smtn.

A lot of people do a lot of things, because they don't know any better or are uninformed about hardware, particularly power supplies. The EVGA B1 units are not fit for use with discreet graphics cards. It will not last long under demanding or sustained loads. For mainstream rigs using integrated or low end cards, it's probably ok, but I still wouldn't recommend it.

The Pro3 motherboard is "ok", you can overclock FX 6 on it. Don't plan to upgrade to an 8 core FX chip later and overclock on it though. Thermals aren't good enough.

I think I'd opt for the G550m over the Corsair CX series. The G series modular Cooler Master units are not terrible, you could do much worse. Almost anything made by Seasonic, Super Flower, XFX or most of, but not all, of the Antec units are better choices though. I'd check what's available against what's listed at the following link. The closer you are to Tier 1, the better. Anything on Tier 1 or 2 is a safe bet. Anything on Tier 3 is a crapshoot.
