The best solution is buy new pc, For two reasons:

1- your PSU is very low for gaming gpu
2- your CPU will bottleneck almost every gaming gpu can run 2015-2016 games

what is your budget ? i will try give you best gaming pc fits your budget.

This card is your best chance. Please carefully read all customer reviews. If you click the customer review eggs, of which there are 22 total, and then search for the word "optiplex" it'll result in 6 out of 22 results coming up in the reviews. I have never personally installed a GPU in an Optiplex, but there are reviews from users who state that they have done so successfully. After you read the six reviews, I suggest you go back and immediately read all remaining custom reviews, so that you have a good overall picture of the process. I've pasted one review below. Please note that this isn't just any old GTX 750 Ti, but a low profile version of it. I am only recommending this specific card.

MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti

*** NewEgg customer review ***

"This review is from: MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti DirectX 11.2 N750ti-2GD5TLP 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Pros: Lots of gaming power for a low profile card. Runs nicely in a Dell Optiplex 780 SFF with a 235W PSU (other components inside the case are Intel Core2 Quad Q8400, PNY CS1111 480GB SSD, 4 x Nanya DDR3-1600 1.5v 4GB RAM, DVD-RW ODD).

Cons: Takes up 1.5 slots because of the heatsink. I had to remove the drive cage of my Dell Optiplex 780 SFF and relocate my SSD on top of my DVD-RW drive."

if you have no other real options, or only play games that are graphically on the level of league of legends/heart of the storm, a low power 750TI will probably work best.

don't be surprised if your PSU fails as it is, very weak.

personally i would get a new PC.

can u suggest me a SFF PSU ??? but i think SFF PSU is not popular or even sold now

Some people install 2.5'' SSD or laptop HDD to make room for GPU. Add 1 or 2 more GB RAM for a 2GB GPU. The video card uses memory from the top address down to store textures and won't leave enough for the OS with 4GB. Dell PSU are very conservatively rated, add about 50W to get aftermarket equivalent rating. Is thata SFF or USFF? Could make difference in PSU availability.
A company named Athena makes some small PSUs but I would give the Dell a try first you probably wont need one. Dell sizes their PSUs to power every bay and expansion slot provided and maximum CPU offered. The low rating reflects this lack of bays/slots, not a limit in power to the PCIe slot.

A GTX 750ti could work well with that build. You would have to upgrade the power supply, if you can. I'll have a look if you can do that.
sir i have doubt about it GTX 750ti want more then 25watts but that mother board have only 25watts gpu slot.is GTX 750ti work in that slot
