Why is My hd 7990 running so bad

i struggle to run bf4 with my hd 7990 for some reason, i have an i5 4670k, gigabyte hd 7990, msi g45, 16gb 1333mhz ram, 750w corsair psu and crimson 15.12 drivers and getting less than 60 fps on ultra on bf4 due to gpu usage but when i turn rendering resolution to 200% it uses all of both gpu's but runs bad.

at 1080p on ultra settings BF4 can use more then 3 GB of video memory.

i think that's your problem. try reducing settings related to texture memory and it should run alot better.
