You can do that also. Note that the memory is DDR3 only. Also you only need 16GB for gaming these days. Modern "triple A" titles don't even use more than 10GB of ram and then you still have 6GB left over. But if you want your build to be future-proof then 32gb is the way to go. Then again you can also do 16GB(2x8) and upgrade later on(since 2x8 includes 2 RAM sticks with 8GB each and 4x4 includes 4 RAM sticks with 4GB each). I will let you decide. By the way great build and have a great day. I hope this helped you.

It could be 3 things. 1: You didn't connect the gpu to the display. 2: You connected the gpu to the display but you didn't select that gpu(r9 380) in the AMD Graphics Control Panel. 3: Bottleneck. I hope this answer helped you.

ive done all that right but i think its league of legends uses more of the cpu as mine is 2.30ghz
but cause i have a beast r9 380 and a 2.30GHz its stopping the graphics card to use its fullest
strength

So will I need a better cpu to make the the game play better ?

Yes, you should get a better CPU. But in the past I, personally, have had a better experience with Intel than AMD. I would recommend an Intel processor. The processors with a "K" at the end means they can be overclocked. I don't know your budget so I have included a range of CPUs and you choose:
i3-6100: $129.99 at Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=2MN-0004-00002&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Processors+-+Desktops-_-2MN-0004-00002&gclid=CjwKEAiAh560BRDu-aD93r-J_zoSJACrxZG2uD9YhKomVzsN9VY9RqKoq6ua7D-QAVdCUsIRK-xkWBoCbETw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

i5-6600: $229.99 at Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117562

i5-6600K: $279.99 at Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117561

i7 6700: $349.99 at Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117560

i7 6700K: $419.99 at Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117559

As for the motherboard I would highly recommend this one: ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Z170 Gaming K4 $119.99 at Newegg and $99.99 with rebate! This motherboard supports CrossFireX which is where you use 2 graphics cards to get more performance. So you can do CrossFireX in the future. Also this motherboard has all of the ports for sata and the power delivery connectors. So this means all of your existing hardware will work with this motherboard. Here is the link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157634&cm_re=z170-_-13-157-634-_-Product

Thanks for reading and I hope this helped you.
