Hi,

I seem to have some serious trouble with my W10 PC, and i seriously need your help, since google cant... (worst case scenario)
Recently, I bought a new gtx 970 msi gpu. Today I have returned home from holidays, and somehow my pc has stopped working.
I reinstalled w10 out of desperation (removing all programs) as well as reinstalling gpu drivers.
The issues exist with both hdmi and dvi ports.
I suspect that my gpu might be dysfunctional, ill try to describe my issues closer (with my non-native english :p ):
-Both monitors freeze with different colors (e. g. blue/white or brown/light brown)
-screen tearing (+nvidia driver has stopped working, recovers after a few seconds, then cycle repeats)
-horizontal lines of blue, white, or/and red pixels moving back and forth
-image freezes

I have 2 benz xl2411z monitors, which i dont suspect to be at fault, since both monitors show display issues.
W10 has been reset, so no programs are causing this
Which means the problem has got to be....
GTX 970... :´(
Is there a way to fix this problem (maybe another driver?) ? Or should i just contact the company i bought the gpu from?

I hope you guys out there know a way :)

Thanks in advance

I have contacted the company from which i bought the GPU. I guees its probably a factory mistake somewhere on that card (its only been in use for less than 4 weeks :p )
Thank you Brian for your response! :D
