So my question is that under MSI Afterburners panel for GPU1 TEMP it has a 'min', and a 'max' reading. I've been monitoring my GPU1 TEMP in-game and I haven't seen it go anywhere over 60c, but Msi Afterburner is saying Ive hit a max temp of 91c? Should I be concerned?

could be a glitch. if you are gaming ad you never personally see it above 60C or during a bench mark you never SEE it go above, and you were watching, then it is an error and while annoying it is not an issue. if that card hit 91 it would probably throttle, and thus you would notice.
