New computer is doing something a little weird - should I be worried?

Quick question, guys!

I recently had a new computer built for me by a local company. It seems to be running wonderfully. The only thing which gives me pause is a super brief glitch-out thing the ASUS motherboard screen does before booting to windows.

Is this normal or something I should worry about and fix?

Hahaha, yeah I was trying to think of a proper way to describe it but couldn't. It is sort of like a line splits it down the middle horizontally a tiny bit and morphs the center of the ASUS motherboard screen. Then it immediately boots to windows.
