How to setup resolution and hz in Radeon settings

Hi guys,is there any chance to set up hz and res like in old CCC manager or nvidia.
IN Nvidia it looks like this
in AMD it looked like this
I cannot see it nowhere.Is there any way to find it or go back to old ccc manager with newest catalyst drivers?

simply right click the desktop
click screen resolution, then also click on the "advanced settings"
