I got the dreaded critical error: Start and Cortana are not working. Got it working again but am now stuck in safe mode. I am a 76yr old widow and have used computers since 1984 but Windows 10 has me beaten. It seems bug ridden from my experiences with it.
It does not recognise me as the administrator and tells me to sign in with a different account???
