problem with power supply.

Hi guys, I had a problem with power supply. Yesterday I was playing video gameand my power supply started to make smoke and melted my power suply cables. Today I installed new power suply and when I played games I started to smell bad smell from my computer and it crashed. Please help me

400w without 80+ effiency is quite bad. The problem might simply be that the powersupply you have now is not powerful enough even for your old hardware. The first one died, the new one isn't good enough.
