Can't find any benchmarks that include these two at the same time, which one is better? Note that I care about quietness and the bq! is obviously slightly more silent.

Thanks! How large would you say the difference in temperatures be at around 160W? (i5-6400 @ circa 4.4GHz and 1.3-1.35v)
