Uninstalling Ai Suite 2

I recently upgraded my motherboard to a newer Asus model which utilises Ai Suite 3, however I forgot to uninstall version 2 and now I can't get the uninstaller open as it thinks I am trying to install it and hence it tells me my platform is not compatible (which it isn't!). I have uninstalled all of the constituent programs using the Ai Suite 3 uninstaller, but I can't get rid of the version 2 matrix, and I can't access the version 3 matrix because the installer thinks there is already a matrix there.

I can access some of the programs using the version 2 matrix, but not all of them!

Help! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Tom

Try using iobit uninstaller to uninstall it. I had a similar issue when I updated the AI suite on my machine.. if you try it and there's nothing left of asus ai suite left to uninstall then i'd say try file assassin and manually delete the asus bull associated with the ai suite from your C drive. This was the fix for me...
Hope this helps.. please be careful with file assassin.... don't just delete willy nilly, if you don't know what a file is google it.

Thanks for that. I have done that and managed to get it installed. Now I get another issue where whenever I log in two error messages pop up, one for DIPAwayMode and one for Aisuite3, both with 'Unknown name'. Oh dear. Looks like some more research is required!

Thanks again for your help.

Uninstall using iobit uninstaller scan for leftover files, remove, then restart pc and try reinstalling AI 3... I'm 90% sure this will work as I remember having all of this difficulty myself after updating...
