Gtx 750 vs R7 260x

Hello, heres a quick list of my specs from what I know personally:

Intel dual core e8600 3.33ghz
4gb ram (3.81 usable)
Rv 370 from ati gpu
Dell optiplex 760
350w psu I beleive


So what I have been looking at is a low profile gtx 750 ti. But it has been brought to me by people that the r7 260x is better. What I want to do is run minecraft with mods or shaders. One day I would expand my gaming choices so I want one good for games like GTA V. My board must have a low profile GPU. Ive heard also that minecraft shaders dont like AMD.

The GTX 750 ti is slighly better then the AMD r7 260x at playing games like GTA V and minecraft. Nvidia also has better software generally speaking then AMD, which will access you to better recording software and drivers in the fucture

Open the case and look inside.
See where the PCIe x16 slot is? The gfx card extends towards the center of the case. A 2 slot card will require a vacant expansion slot next to the PCIe x16 slot. That case has none.
