So i have had an issue for some time, causing my GPU to run hot, it sits around 45-50 degrees on Idle and up to 100 degrees under load. I've constantly cleaned it and made sure there were no dust on or around it, and i can confirm that the cooling fans on the gpu itself appears to be working correctly.
So yesterday, while fiddling around i noticed that my GPU for some reason is under load while idling. At the moment it's sitting on 501MHz GPU Clock and 1250MHz GPU Memory. From what i can find around the forums, it should idle on 300/300.
For the record, the card has fresh drivers downloaded yesterday and i'm getting this information from the AMD app provided by the latest drivers.
I don't have any other similar programs installed.
It does occasionally decide to actually go idle, and when it does, it sits around 30-40 degrees.
So basically, i want to ask if there might be anything wrong with the card itself, or if i've just messed up some settings.
