Will a Dell Precision T3500 motherboard fit into a standard ATX case?

I bought a new Fractal Design Define R5 case for a build I am going to be doing soon. My Dell Precision T3500 has my graphics card, PSU, and hard drives in it that I will be using with the new build. I will be switching motherboards, CPU's, and CPU coolers out for the newer LGA1150 socket platform instead of the 1366 socket I have right now. My question is will the motherboard in the Precision T3500 fit in the Define R5, so I can take advantage of the better airflow, silence, and room in the meantime before I get the new motherboard, CPU, and cooler?

Your motherboard is not BTX! It's ATX upside-down (BTX has ports on the top)!!!

I googled your pc and came on some sort of forum. Someone said "oh the mobo is BTX" and everyone said it's not. BTX has back ports at the top, and this has them on the bottom - just like upside-down ATX.

Yup, the best idea would be to buy new motherboard completely because screws might not line up or something like I/O connectors.
