hey guys my cpu is running at 1400MHz should be running at 3100MHz i have disabled amds c&q and still no change also tried to power setting to high performance still no change, i have also stress tested it and it just stays 1400mhz causeing lag in games which makes them unable to play come on guys help me be able to play fallout.
