SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1 - Can't change ram timings

Under the AI Tweaker, everything is set to auto. When I select auto, it does nothing (no option for manual). Any ideas how I can change my ram timings?

I believe the timing is:
Timing 16-18-18-36
Cas Latency 16
Correct?

Turn the AI Overclock Tuner setting to XMP. It will likely ask you a question about enhanced settings/timings -- answer Yes. Save settings and exit. Now the RAM is set to the settings it's supposed to be at.

Were you able to get the RAM to read. I'm trying to figure out which RAM to get currently for that board and debating with just getting 2400 or can I get 3000 to work.

Any info is much appreciated.
