Best Smallish Mid tower case?

Looking for a case that is atx with around the dimensions of this: HxWxD - 16.01'' x 7.30'' x 17.49''. Id like it to have at least two 5.25 bays and be good quality. Thanks!

Budget doesn't matter, its for a high-end workstation so any price is fine as long as its small, atx and has two 5.25 bays.

I couldn't find anything that was a decent case that was quite as small as the dimensions that you wanted, but the Corsair 200r is only a little bit bigger than the size that you want. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-200r
