I bought this computer forever ago before I knew anything about PCs or gaming:

Since I've gotten a laptop it's been fine for light gaming, but now I want to upgrade the desktop as it's not gotten much use the past few years. I don't have more than $160 to spend and I'm wondering if there would be any bottlenecking issues.
Will it be terribly bottlenecked to the point where it might not be worth it to get a card this expensive? Should I consider upgrading the CPU as well? At one point I had it over clocked to something like 3.3ghz but I was scared of pushing it any farther because I only have stock fans and cooler. Would that help much?
I don't plan on playing any BRAND new releases. Old games I can get one steam for under 5 bucks is probably what I'll be playing.

Witcher 1 & 2
Crysis 1 & 2
Fear 1, 2 & 3
Dark Souls 1 & 2
Skyrim with light modding
Maybe Dead Space 1 & 2 if they go on sale again.
