I recently bought a table that is made out of "Masonite" so I needed Some Help deciding if it's Conductive or Not.

Solution
Well wood, or paper can hold moisture.
But it depends on the environment you keep it in.

Apart from that it`s none conductive in most cases as long as you never move it from a cold room to a heated room.
Or it stays in the same environment.
Because in a sense it`s breathable.

You should check, what the temperature tolerances, are of the board and the material if used to bond the board are.
If pressure is not just used to make or manufacture the board, if you intend at all to fix anything to it that generates high heat output.

For the most part if dry it should be non conductive.
If using it to build a system on it to breadboard before you place it in a computer case or chassis.
It`s fine and non conductive.

Its wood so generally wood is more of an insulator than a conductor however moisture content would affect this. The parts come in antistatic bags so just keep them in there until you install them.
