Yesterday my pc was working fine, but today it started randomly turning off. Sometimes it would be 1-2 seconds after pressing the power button and sometimes it will last 5-10 minutes before randomly turning off.

My specs are as followed:
AMD FX-8350 CPU
2x AMD 7950 Gigabyte Windforce Edition
Asus Sabertooth 990fx Motherboard
12gb Corsair Vengeance RAM
Corsair CX750M PSU

I really don't know what to do, any help you can give me to solve this problem is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

EDIT: I opened my case and noticed that my cpu fan isn't working, is there any troubleshooting you suggest or should I order a new one now.

Solution
Looks like the PSU is failing,i'd check it with a different PSU.

EDIT - If you are not seeing CPU fan running but your system boots up to the windows, then no doubt your CPU is overheating and PC shuts off itself to prevent damage to the CPU.

Get a new CPU cooler.

I opened my case and noticed the cpu fan isn't working. I tried replugging it into the motherboard and it still isn't working. Would I need to buy a new cpu fan? if so can anyone suggest a decent one. Thank you.

CPU fan is probably broken. Your PC is shutting off because of the CPU reaching high temps, I wouldn't recommend you turning on your computer until you get a new CPU fan, otherwise, it might break.
