Hello.

So very recently, I traded in my old computer for a new one.

Here are the specs for reference:

GPU- NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GTX
CPU- INTEL(R) XEON(R) 8-core
RAM- 32GB (16 usable)

So I booted up steam, installed Arma 3, and when I tried to run it, it says Direct X 10 is not supported by your video adapter. I ran dxdiag, and it stated I run directx 11! My GPU driver was up to date, so instead I tried to roll back, again to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to consider my issue.

Solution
The 7800GTX is a very old graphics card which came out in 2005, more than a decade old at this point. It only supports up to DirectX 9. DirectX 10 wasn't introduced until the launch of Windows Vista in 2006. Even if your card did support DirectX 10, it would be far too slow to get playable framerates. You need a new graphics card if you want to play modern games with that system.
