Help deciding between two refurbished PCs

After extensive research,I found that right now a refurbished PC would be best for gaming right now. Building the PC parts myself would yes, be most efficient to get the most performance, for higher-end PCs. But for simply playing not-too-performance-heavy non-modded games (such as Skyrim) at 1920x1080p at 40-60FPS, I think refurbished PCs are the way to go. If anyone has decent knowledge in refurbished PCs (or simply has a good sense of computers for this area of gaming), I'd like to get your opinion on which of two PCs is better for me. Here are the links to the PCs: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6YC35X6026#close http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883798428

Neither would be very good for gaming.. The Xeon based one is a better computer overall but both are horrible for gaming.

This would make much more sense. It would be completely brand new, quieter, a lot faster, of higher quality, much more upgrade-friendly, it's just better in every way possible. So I don't see how that refurbished potato would be a wise decision. Not to mention the warranties are wayyyy better.

All I can really say is imo neither will get you what your asking for. The dell is way to outdated its a first gen i5 that really will struggle the gpu is integrated and is not worth a salt no way it will do even 20fps. The dell has a 300+Watt psu so you can't even upgrade to a new gpu without getting a new psu and possibly another mobo. The i5 660 is a 1366 socket which is very old and the board will cost at least 1/2 of what your paying for the refurb dell The Lenovo refurb is kind of weird I can't tell if the specs are a typo cause if it follows correctly the gpu is worth far more than the refurb is even worth, so to me this seems fishy. Perhaps call newegg and confirm its a Quadro 4000k.

I think you mean K4000. And the K4000 and the Quadro FX 4000 are much different cards with the K4000 wiping it off the face of the earth.

Alright then. How fast should this run Skyrim on Ultra settings at 1920x1080 resolution?

Twp critical components for gaming:
1. A dedicated graphics card of sufficient capability.
Integrated graphics does not do for modest gaming. Light, perhaps.
2. A intel i3 at least. preferably haswell or skylake.
AMD cores are slo. Many games depend on the performance of a single master core.

You are not likely to find such a combo at a reasonable price.
Perhaps a unit like this and plan to add a $120 GTX750ti graphics card.

If you plan on running mods I can't guarantee anything.

On maxed setting you should be getting 70-80 FPS with that system. It should definitely be able to handle some mods too

Without mods, this is fine. Thank you. I don't plan on getting a VERY powerful system at the moment, so this serves my purposes better than I could have hoped.
