Is this graphics card compatible with this motherboard?

What model PC do you have? The card will probably work, but you need to know if it will fit the case and whether the PSU is adequate.

Yes, it's compatible. But as mentioned by BadActor, you need to make sure the case will accomodate the length of the card, which it should as that card is designed to be used with OEM systems, and more importantly, that you have a PSU that is capable and reliable enough for use with an aftermarket card. That shouldn't be an issue either really since the GTX 950 only calls for a 380w PSU but there are some pretty terrible power supplies that come in prebuilt systems.

If you have a 6 pin PCIe connector from your power supply, it should work. Otherwise, go with a 750Ti that doesn't require the 6 pin connector.
