So my computer shut off the other day and it won't turn back on, I don't think it overheated cause after it shut down it was really cold.. I don't know a lot about computers but I'm 99% sure that's not supposed to happen xD

Not enough information for the forum to help with troubleshooting. It sounds like the power supply died, but one can't really tell with the limited amount of info you have given us.
What was really cold? The computer case, the power supply, the CPU cooler???
Please post your computer specifications or, if it is a prebuilt/manufactured PC, post the brand and model number etc.
