So how it happened to me.
My GPU wrecked once and got a new GPU from the service centre
my new GPU Zotac GTX 750ti installed with updated drivers.
Now when I started playing games everything was fine suddenly PC REBOOTED saw error code 124 (i know it's a hardware issue but why my cpu is not overclocked. So I decided to take rough test ran my pc for 4-5 hours just idle usage Internet didn't got any issues. Than thought to play CS:GO or Insurgency to check again will it give me such for an hour everything was fine but suddenly i got a bluescreen. I thought it could be due to any virus on my pc so i formatted it to Windows 8.1 Pro from Windows 7 SP1 everything installed drivers up-to-date Motherboard too. Started playing CS:GO Reboot again but after reboot completed i didnt saw any BlueScreen Error notice. I thought it could be my buggy gpu driver so I reviewed some stable drivers and Downgraded to 335.23 after installation gets completed started playing Insurgency got reboot again.
I tried re-installing the gpu and cleaning the rams and tested my computer removing all fans just CPU-GPU-HDD still getting errors.
When my GPU was given to the service centre they took 1 month to ship but in that mean time I used my on board HD3000 didn't face such issues
One more thing I had noticed when I play Train Simulator 2016 it gives no crashes (i dont know why maybe it take less power)

Yep, you've only got 15AMPS on the 12 volt rail with the 750Ti it calls for about 20, am am gusing watts are prob about 325-350 since they don't list it need more like 400 for continuous
