How to make high-graphics games run on my low spec pc !?!?!?

I tried to run Battlefield 3 and Ghost Recon Future Soldier but they ran very slowly and were sticking constantly.
RAM: 2GB
GPU: NVIDIA 8400 GS 512 MB
PROCESSOR: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz
HDD: 500 GB about 50 GB used
Please someone guide me about what to do. I love EA and UBISOFT i want to play its games. Help !!!

Not enough RAM, not enough graphics.

You are old enough to find a job, so save up some money (like 400-450 dollars) and you can build a good gaming system.
