PROBLEM High pitch static and no sound coming from Audio

All audio ports have a high pitch static coming from it. It worked prefectly before and i never had a problem. I recently put the uefi back to default values. The sound seems to work a little bit. When i plugged in the speakers and turned the volume up, i could hear the faint sounds of windows but still with abnormal static.

Now i tried to fix this by looking at all of my sounds settings and my audio drivers. This isnt an issue with interference

If you're experiencing this issue after a migration to a new OS then the issue is with the drivers being unable to communicate with the OS and the device. I'm going to assume that this system is running on Windows 10 as this has been the common case with audio being static after properly functioning though if it isn't an installation of Windows 10 then the issue may be with a dieing/dead sound card. Have you tried reinstalling your sound card drivers to a previous known working version?

It'd help us further if we knew your full systems specs and the OS you're running on currently.
