Solution
I'll bet I could come up with a really cheap solution (no graphics card) and then you could add the 980 ti and save a lot of money.

My attempt: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dtsQpg (total 600$) Now you have over 300$ either saved or that can be put towards a certain part or even used for another graphics card later.

As for the 980 ti, go with this one, it has the best overall performance: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B017YPHVGO/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=W4T0YODJA3TH&coliid=I2IIT4DU7AXKJS&psc=1

I'm just thinking if he want's to upgrade, there is room to do that. I love EVGA power supplies. I also saved him 300$ with my build, although you have an extremely powerful one for if OP wants to go all out. I just thought that 300$ could go towards another 980 ti later.

I'm just saying my build was 600$ while yours was 980$.
That's not to say you have a bad build, it is quite the powerful one.

I'm surprised, I've had nothing but good experiences with EVGA.

This build is terrible.
Could you explain why you chose a B rated motherboard for a overclockable CPU? The motherboard you chose is extremely limited for overclocking. You need a Z rated board for that CPU you chose for the OP.

You sir are correct. Nothing but good experience with EVGA, their products and their customer support.

That's one thing about EVGA that I love, their customer service.

This is the build for you OP with everything you asked for.

No video card, no sound card, 1440p monitor included (good for the future 980ti), overclockable, liquid cooled, and its all compatiable with 16gbs of Corsair Dominator ram! Included is a high quality PSU.

I had to remove the SSD in order to fit a good PSU. I highly recommend a SSD in the future. However, the Western Digital Caviar Blue is a fantastic HDD with a large cache good for gaming.
