my pc restarting and stucking at mobo logo screen and shutting down automatically

my PC is restarting and shutting down automatically after some time
first it restart and sometime after restart it stuck on mobo logo screen
please tell me what is problem and how to solve it

my PC specs are:-

AMD FX-8350
Asus 7750 1gb top edition
GA990XA-UD3 mobo
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB
Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU
Windows 7 64bit

I guess there is problem on your BIOS settting
Try to get into BIOS then reset it to default
You can do reset BIOS by pull out the CMOS battery on your mobo, do it carefully and re-plug it

After the issues fixed, then set BIOS step by step to get your needs

provino :

I unplugged everything from motherboard (RAM CPU GPU) and reinserted and set bios setting to optimized default .
for now everything working good.
