Ram usage too high

My problem is with the ram usage.
Currently my ram is running at 75%.
When i play games, it can get up to 90%
The programs i've got running is: Steam, firefox, spotify, utorrent, peerblock.
I've checked task menager for other resources that could steal ram, but cant find anything.
I've also run memtest without errors.
I never had these problems when i had windows 7.

PC spec:
Gigabyte UD3R X58a
Intel i7 950
corsair xms 12gb ram
R9 390
AX850W
Win 10

Try to check advanced tab of task manager and check which process is eating memory.

Ive already checked, i cant find anything in there that eats memory. Ive tried other programs too, to see if it shows anything.

Try running task manager as admin, that usually reveals hidden processes.

Run CleanMem to track how much is being used, and clean the file cache. This could be a memory leak issue.

I ran task manager as admin, same results.
I tried clearing the file cashe, it reduced ram usage from 76% to 71%.

Can you post screenshots containing you processes? It will be a lot easier for us to diagnose.

That would be reserved memory.

It show that firefox is using 300mb of ram. Try showing details tab, it might provide more stuff.

Try to reduce startup items, maybe you don't need all of them.

Here is what i have running at startup.
I should mention that ram usage can sometimes be fine when ive just started the computer. 20% usage
