Happy New Year All. My wife just found the kindle she misplaced two years ago! We are having a problem connecting to our wifi. All our other devices have had no issues. Any Ideas? Thamks

You may have acquired a different WiFi router since the Kindle was last used. If so, you'll need to delete the existing wireless connection on the Kindle and set up a new one, using the wireless key of your current router.
