My Pc is about 3 years old, I've been playing games like League of legends and counter strike with no problem but i recently bought a game called Warhammers - Vermitide and i could run the game but at the lowest graphics settings with about 40 fps. I would also like to play the Fallout 4 game i bought on steam but its impossible to play with the amount of low fps.

My Pc is an HP ENVY h8-1559 Desktop, and has a AMD Radeon HD 7570 graphics card, I will link my Pc's specifications:

I'm looking for any advice to help me out and pick a new graphics card that would help me run these games and/or any words of wisdom.

Thank You!

You're sort of caught in the middle with that PSU. I could recommend very high quality 650w PSU, and then get A Sapphire Radeon Nitro R9 380x. That is most likely your best bet.

But whatever you do, don't buy an Nvidia card if your budget is under 500$ or so. At under 500$, there is always a better AMD card. They have great budget cards.

It is a bit over your budget, but wait just a little to save up...

It is a bit over your budget, but wait just a little to save up that extra money and it will be well worth it, trust me.

The thing is, the 550w PSU won't allow for further upgrades. Especially if he wants to go for a high quality card later. 600-650w is more future proof.

Great point. Still, better safe than sorry, especially if adding 2 older cards in SLI.
