S Sadgee Reputable Jun 16, 2015 3 0 4,510 Jan 3, 2016 #1 so i installed cpu-z to find out how much ram i have and what mhz speed. It says on the memory page i have 798.4mhz but I thought ddr3 ram was either 1600mhz or 1333mhz because i know my ram isn't faster than that. Have i got 16000mhz ram?

Solution smorizio Jan 3, 2016 1333 isa 667 in cpu-=z and 1600 in cpu z is 800.00 so your ram is reading fine.
