My Components Are:
RAM: CMY16GX3M2A1866C9 - DDR3 1866 MHZ (PC3 15000) (4x8) Tested Latency: 9-10-9-27
MOBO: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 8 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
CPU: AMD FX-8370 Black Edition 8 Core CPU Processor AM3+ 4300Mhz 125W 16MB FD8370FRHKBOX
I installed this new mobo with this new ram. I was able to go into the bios and change the speed to 1866, however I am unable to change it to dual channel.
Bios says 32 gb installed, but only 16 gb available.
Speccy says: 32.0GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 936MHz (11-11-11-28).
4 slots are available on my mobo and all 4 are filled with 4 gb RAM each.
bios settings are:
DRAM current capability = 100%
DRAM voltage frequency = 300
DCT0 = all set to "auto"
DCT1 = all set to "auto"
DRAM power phase control = optimized
DRAM voltage = auto
North Bride DCT unganged mode = enabled
primary timings = all set to "auto"
DRAM REF cycle time = 350ns

I usually can figure things out, but this time i'm stumped. Please help. Thanks
