to replace a stock motherboard

im looking for the cheapest good motherboard for short term to replace my stock one. I dont have a lot of money as of right now but heres what it need to have.

its a gateway Dx4870-ub20p

.pci express 2.0
.ivory bridge for an intel i7 2600 not sure if its K or not

.if it cant take the ram in my pc its fine, it stock too

.hopeful has usp 3.0, atleast a couple

I have stock sata hard drive
and a corsair psu 650
with nvidia 560 gt graphics card

New motherboard in an off-the-shelf system means a new Windows license. For what reason are you wanting to replace the stock motherboard?

This http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=MB-H61MGV3&c=CJ is the cheapest, but I don't know how good it is and lacks USB 3.0. Biostar is not known for great product.

This http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=MB-B75MD3H&c=CJ is a more expensive and better product and even has a front-panel USB 3.0 header.

You system likely has an OEM OS license, so you will need a new one, or persuade Microsoft to re-key your old one.

Your best bet is to find a used board on Ebay. Using a different board will likely cause you to have to reinstall Windows.

I forgot about that. do you know if I have windows 10 if that matters because I got it for free.

the usp ports are broken my one 3.0 and and 2 regs are gone i can barely only put my mouse and keyboard into it.
do you think a new case might be more beneficial, because both ports on there are broken too kinda in a tight spotright now

Yes, you could change over to a new motherboard, but you'd need to purchase a new Windows 10 license and install all of your programs again.
